AI Disclosure

This disclosure supports compliance with California AB-2013, California Bot Disclosure Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17940), the FTC 2024 CARS Rule (16 CFR Part 463), and similar laws.

1. Where we use AI

You may interact with AI through:

• The AI phone assistant that may answer calls to +16129877659
• The AI chat widget on this website, if enabled
• Automated SMS responses for confirmations and rescheduling
• Internal summarization and transcription of calls for our records

2. Who provides the AI

The AI capabilities are provided by MeraFlow LLC (the platform operator) as a processor on behalf of Timer US Appliance Repair. The platform uses these AI sub-processors:

• Vapi — real-time voice orchestration
• OpenAI — language models (GPT family)
• Google — Gemini language models
• Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech voice synthesis

These providers process your conversation data under their respective privacy commitments and contractual obligations to MeraFlow LLC. AI providers do not use your conversations to train their public models.

3. What the AI does — and does not do

The AI assistants can:

• Greet you, answer common questions, and explain services
• Collect basic information about your service need
• Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments within standard rules
• Send confirmations and reminders
• Transfer to a human team member at your request

The AI assistants do NOT make material decisions, including:

• Accepting or refusing service
• Setting final pricing (the AI may quote standard rates; binding pricing is confirmed by a human technician or estimator)
• Determining credit or financing eligibility
• Making warranty, refund, or dispute decisions
• Diagnosing safety-critical issues

Any decision that materially affects your purchase, eligibility, or rights is reviewed and made by a human at Timer US Appliance Repair.

4. Call recording and transcripts

When you call +16129877659 or speak with the AI, the call may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping. In states requiring two-party (all-party) consent — including California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington — an audible notice plays at the start of the call. By continuing, you consent to the recording.

You may request a copy or deletion of your call recording by emailing maslov.kf@gmail.com, subject to retention obligations.

5. Your right to a human

At any time during an AI conversation, you may:

• Say or type "transfer to a human", "agent", or "representative"
• Call +16129877659 during business hours and ask for a person
• Email maslov.kf@gmail.com for non-urgent inquiries

6. Limitations and accuracy

AI assistants can make mistakes. Information from the AI is not a substitute for an in-person diagnosis or technical inspection. Verify anything important with our team. If AI output conflicts with a written quote, invoice, or contract from us, the written document controls.

7. Data retention for AI conversations

Call audio recordings are retained for up to 90 days and transcripts with call metadata for up to 12 months (consistent with the platform privacy policy), after which they are deleted or de-identified; records tied to an open dispute or legal hold may be kept longer as required. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be kept longer for quality improvement.

8. Children

Our AI assistants are not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by them. If a child interacts with the AI, the conversation will be deleted upon request to maslov.kf@gmail.com.
